This patient initially presented to me as a 4-month-old. She had a rapidly enlarging compound hemangioma of her left cheek. She underwent treatment with intralesional steroid injection and pulsed dye laser which slowed the hemangiomas progression however she was left with a significant compound hemangioma of her cheek.

She subsequently underwent surgical removal for the hemangioma and her pre-and postoperative photographs demonstrate her result.
