This infant girl presented to us with an enlarging hemangioma on her upper lip that was ulcerating. She initially underwent treatment with a pulsed dye laser and steroid injection to slow the growth. She then presented to us at age 3 with a residual non-involuting hemangioma and scar. She underwent a surgical resection of the hemangioma of which the results are demonstrated in the last photo.
