This 52 year old female presented desiring complete facial rejuvenation. Her before photos demonstrate her generalized facial aging with brow ptosis, upper eyelid drooping, lower eyelid bags, facial volume loss, jowling and neck skin sagging.

She underwent an endoscopic brow lift, upper eyelid blepharoplasty, lower eyelid blepharoplasty, full face fat transfer and full face chemical peel.

Her after photos demonstrate the remarkable improvement in the appearance of her facial aging. She has been restored to a much more youthful appearance without any stigmata of facial surgery.

Her frontal view demonstrates her overall improvement, but highlights best the improvement in her brow and upper eyelids. The oblique view best demonstrates the improvement in the appearance of the lower eyelids and cheeks as well as the skin improvement.
