Rhinoplasty, Chin Augmentation, and Neck Liposuction

This young patient presented desiring cosmetic improvement in her nasal appearance as well as subtle improvement in her chin size and neck line. She underwent a rhinoplasty through internal incisions and a small chin augmentation with neck contouring.

Her frontal view shows the refinement in her nasal appearance with thinning of the nasal tip and improved dorsal tip relationships. The lateral view shows the nice new nasal relationships as well as the improvement in the appearance of the chin and neck.
