Patient 1

This patient is a 57-year-old female who is interested in cosmetic rejuvenation for her upper eyelids, lower eyelids, cheeks and lower face.

She elected to undergo an upper eyelid blepharoplasty, full face autologous fat transfer and lower facelift with a chin augmentation.

Examination of the frontal view shows the overall youthful change which has occurred by lifting the tissues affected by gravity and filling the hollows of the face with fat. If you glance between the before-and-after frontal views appreciate a restoration of youth with a very natural appearance. The lateral and oblique views confirm the changes but better demonstrate the improvement in the jawline and neck as well as a slight improvement in the projection of the chin.
