Endoscopic Browlift, Upper/Lower Blepharoplasty, Lower Facelift, Full Face Fat Transfer

This 64 year old female desired improvement for the age related changes in her facial appearance. On examination, she demonstrated the three cardinal phases of facial aging: gravitational changes demonstrated in the descent of her forehead, brow and upper eyelids, as well as lower jawline and neck; facial volume loss demonstrated in the hollow grooves of the cheek region and lower eyelid and the elongated lower eyelid-cheek junction and skin aging manifested as facial wrinkles. She underwent an endoscopic browlift, upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty, lower facelift and full face fat transfer. She elected to not have skin resurfacing.

Her after photos demonstrate how her aged appearance can be reversed restoring the fullness of a youthful face with natural appearing results. The frontal view shows how the procedure restores her overall youthful appearance. The addition of volume to her cheeks restores the heart-shape face of youth and replaces the drawn hollow face of aging. The eyes are brighter and more youthful. The oblique views highlight the effects of the volume replacement with now smooth cheek contours and a shorter appearing lower eyelid with a higher cheek-eyelid junction. The lateral view best shows the improvement in the jawline and neck, but also shows again the improvement in the lower eyelids.
