This 65 year old patient desired overall improvement in the facial aging she was experiencing including the eyes, cheeks, jawline and neck. She exhibited changes due to gravity, volume loss and sun exposure. She elected to undergo an endoscopic browlift, upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty, full face fat transfer, lower facelift and full face chemical peel.

Her before and after photos demonstrate the substantial improvement in her facial appearance. The frontal view shows the overall improvement with the after photo appearance exhibiting much more youthful traits.
