Endoscopic Browlift, Upper Eyelid Blepharoplasty, Lower Eyelid Blepharoplasty with Fat Transposition, Full Face and Scalp Chemical Peel

This male patient desired improvement in the appearance of his forehead and brow, eyes as well as his facial skin. He underwent an endoscopic browlift, upper eyelid blepharoplasty, lower eyelid blepharoplasty with fat transposition and eyelid tightening and a full face and scalp chemical peel. His frontal view shows the definite improvement in brow height without giving him a startled or feminine appearance with opening of the upper eyes. The lower eyes are also much improved including the reduction of the downward tilt of the eyelid and white (sclera) show. The oblique views confirm these features and also show the improvement in the skin of the face and scalp from the chemical peel.
