Blepharoplasty, Chemical Peel, Fat transfer.

This patient is a 41 year old female who is concerned about the tired appearance of her lower eyelid and cheek. She elected to undergo a lower eyelid transconjunctival blepharoplasty, lower eyelid chemical peel and full face fat transfer.

Her frontal views demonstrate the nice improvement in her overall appearance, but especially the relief of the tired appearance of her lower eyelids and cheek. Even the texture of the skin has been improved by the addition of volume. Her oblique view better demonstrates how the cheek appears to have been lifted and now blends into the lower eyelid well with relief of the orbital groove and therefore tired appearance. Her perioccular fine lines have also been improved by the chemical peel.
