Upper/Lower Eyelid Blepharoplasty with SOOF Lift, and Full Face Chemical Peel.

This woman desired improvement in the appearance of her eyes and facial lines. On examination she had very little protuberant lower eyelid fat, but rather a descent of her medial cheek fat with creation of what is referred to as a nasal jugal groove, the line along the lower eyelid which leads to the tired appearance. She therefore underwent a subtle upper eyelid blepharoplasty to improve the appearance while maintaining her natural look, a lower eyelid blepharoplasty with SOOF lift (medial cheek fat), and full face chemical peel. The frontal and closeup views show how the groove beneath the eyes has now been filled in with her natural cheek fat therefore creating a natural transition between the cheek and eyelid and restoring youth. The oblique view shows the improvement in her facial lines and pigmentation.
