This 46 her old female presented to clinic interested in cosmetic improvement for her periocular area of her eyes as well as her jawline and overall skin wrinkling and pigmentation.

She elected to undergo Botox for her Glabellar frown lines and periocular wrinkles (smile lines), filler for the tear troughs and pre-jowl area of her jawline and fractionated CO2 laser at a 35% coverage setting.

The after photos show a noticeable improvement of the overall pigment and texture of the skin. The view of the eyes before and after show the orbital groove has diminished as well as the number of fine lines extending throughout the eye area. The same improvement in the mouth area can be seen in the lateral views. The jawline is also improved by filling in the area just in front of the jowl. A rested more youthful appearance overall is evident in the frontal views. These are subtle but noticeable improvements all obtained with minimal downtime.
