This 58 year old female had always been unhappy with the prominence of her ears. She additionally over the past several years has become ever-increasingly aware of the aged appearance of her jawline and neck. She elected to undergo a lower facelift and otoplasty.

These 3 month post-operative photos demonstrate the cosmetic improvement in both her ear position and her jawline and neck. The frontal view shows the improved position of her ears and the natural rejuvenated appearance of the jawline and neck. The lateral view shows the new anti-helical fold that has been placed in the ear and the clean youthful neckline that has been achieved.
