Rhinoplasty

This patient presented desiring improvement in her nasal appearance. She was felt to have an over projected nose with a dorsal hump. She underwent an endonasal rhinoplasty to reduce the size of the nose and correct the dorsal contour irregularity. Her photos demonstrate the nice result which can be obtained.
