Rhinoplasty

This patient presented for cosmetic improvement in her nose. Her frontal view shows the contour irregularities in the lines of the nose as well as how the droopy tip obscures the upper lip. Following surgery the frontal view is much improved with smooth contours and an elevated tip. The lateral view better shows how the tip has been elevated and extended from the face (projected). The dorsal hump has been removed and the dorsal line is now straight and aesthetically pleasing.
