Rhinoplasty

This 30 year old female desired cosmetic improvement for her nose. Evaluation of her frontal view showed that the nose was deviated to the right. Lateral view showed the nose to be too large with a convexity of the dorsal line.

Comparison of her before and after photos shows that the nose has been straightened on frontal view and there has been a great improvement in the overall size and the relationship between the dorsum and tip on lateral view. These changes now allow the nose to blend into the face. It is no longer the center of your attention and allows the eyes to become the most prominent and attractive facial feature.
