Rhinoplasty

This 26 year old female desired cosmetic improvement in her nose. She was primarily concerned with the size of her nose both on frontal view and lateral view. The patient is nearly 6 feet tall and thin therefore requiring a significant alteration in her nasal appearance, but with maintenance of some size to balance her facial features and height.

Her frontal photos demonstrate how the aesthetic lines from her brow to the nasal tip have been improved with refinement of the nasal tip. The lateral view shows the nice change in relationship between the dorsum and tip with maintenance of some nasal prominence thereby balancing well with her facial features.
