Upper Eyelid Blepharoplasty, Lower Eyelid Blepharoplasty, Full Face Fat Transfer.

This patient is a 44 year old female who presented with concerns regarding the appearance of her upper and lower eyelids. On examination her upper eyelids were only slightly heavy and required only minor alteration. The lower eyelids showed significant aging with forward prolapse of eyelid fat and significant loss of fat of the inferior orbital rim and cheek. She elected to undergo an upper eyelid blepharoplasty, a lower eyelid blepharoplasty, and facial fat transfer. Her post-operative photos demonstrate the subtle but natural improvement in the upper eyelids. The lower eyelids and cheeks show remarkable improvement with now youthful contours extending from the cheek into the lower eyelid. The circle of age has been removed from the lower eyelid.
