Lower Facelift, Endoscopic Browlift, Midface Lift, Upper/Lower Eyelid Blepharoplasty, Full Face Chemical Peel, and Full Face Fat Transfer

This 64 year old female presented underwent a lower facelift, endoscopic brow and midface lift, upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty, and full face chemical peel two years ago for gravitational aging changes and sun damaged skin. She subsequently decided to undergo a full face fat transfer to restore youthful volume.

Her frontal view demonstrates the overall improvement and natural results which have been obtained. The face looks more bright, full and youthful. The lateral view shows the marked improvement in the jawline and neck region as well as the improved lower eyelid contour and skin condition. The oblique view best shows the improvement in the cheek region. Especially note how in the before photo the lower eyelid looks long and tired. In the after photo the cheek and the lower eyelid blend into a youthful contour.
