Lower Blepharoplasty and Full Face Chemical Peel.

This young patient has had puffiness of her lower eyelids her entire life. She is unhappy with the way it makes her look tired all the time. She also desires improvement in her fine facial lines and pigmentation irregularity. She underwent a transconjunctival (internal incision) lower eyelid blepharoplasty and full face chemical peel. Her frontal view shows the general overall improvement in her facial appearance. The oblique view highlights the improvement in her skin tones and texture. The close-up view details the puffiness in the eyes preoperatively and the improved appearance following surgery.
