Endoscopic Browlift, Upper Eyelid Blepharoplasty, Lower Eyelid Blepharoplasty with Fat Transposition.

This middle aged patient was concerned about the tired heavy appearance of her brow and eyelids. She underwent an endoscopic brow lift, upper eyelid blepharoplasty and lower eyelid blepharoplasty with lower eyelid fat transposition.

Her before and after photos demonstrate the marked improvement in the appearance of her brow and upper eyelids. The oblique and lateral views especially demonstrate the improvement in the appearance of the lower eyes. The double convexity of the lower lid puffiness and cheek descent are softened by repositioning the lower eyelid fat inferiorly to fill in the eyelid groove.
