This 61 year old gentleman desired improvement in the tired appearance of his lower eyelid bags. He did not wish to undergo an autologous fat transfer. He chose to undergo a lower eyelid transconjuctival blepharoplasty with fat repositioning and chemical peel for the lower eyelids.

His 6 month post-operative photos demonstrate the considerable improvement in the appearance of the lower eyelids following repositioning of the lower eyelid fat bags into the lower eyelid orbital grooves and chemical peel. The eyes now look much more refreshed. The lower eyelid height has been maintained.
