<description>I recently had liposelection to my chin - all seemed well but now postoperatively I have developed platysmal banding - I have come across a website with respect to facial exercises that elminate threading under the chin (notably pages 80 - 85 of http://www.scribd.com/doc/9658085/Face-Lift-results-from-facial-exercises-Your-face-doesnt-have-to-follow-the-economy-into-a-slump )

Do you think this may help eliminate the problem - over exacerbate it? Or can you suggest any other methods to help reduce the effect. I have poor skin laxity in this area and am also worried about stretching the skin/further damaging it so it sags more

best regards
