The treatment for a sagging neck can range from simply neck liposuction or may require a lower facelift. A consultation would be necessary to make that decision. We absolutely perform male cosmetic surgery. Our practice has about 10-15% male patients which is near average. Men tend to request surgery less often than women and tend to be more discrete about their decision, which is why there are many more women on our website than men.
