Answer:
Usually as the nose ages the tip becomes closer to the face and droops towards the lip. This gives the appearance of a long nose with a dorsal hump. Cosmetic surgery can be utilized to elevate and project the nasal tip back to its youthful position or even a position which is more desirable.  Other changes can certainly be performed at the same time such as removing a dorsal hump or narrowing the tip.
