This male patient had worn a beard for years in order to hide the appearance of his neck. He presented for rejuvenation and underwent a lower facelift and chin augmentation. His frontal view shows the marked improvement in his overall facial appearance. The lateral view shows the marked improvement in the neck and jawline.
