Upper Eyelid Blepharoplasty, Lower Face and Neck Lift, Full Face Fat Transfer, and Full Face Chemical Peel
This patient is a 60 year old female who presented to our clinic for a concern over facial aging. On our assessment she was found to have upper eyelid skin excess, sagging of the cheek and lower eyelid region with volume loss in the cheek area. She was also found to have aging changes along her jawline and neck as well as skin wrinkling. She underwent an upper eyelid blepharoplasty, a lower face and neck lift, full face fat transfer and full face chemical peel.
The frontal view shows the substantial overall improvement in her aged appearance. Her eyes now look brighter; the lower eyelid has been shortened and now blends in with the cheek which has its youthful fullness restored. The facial wrinkling has been reduced. The lateral view best shows the improvement in the jawline and neck. The oblique view also shows this well, but best highlights the improvement in the cheek and lower eyelid region.
