Rhinoplasty

This middle-aged male was concerned with the width of the area of his nose above the tip on frontal view, but more concerned with the down-turned nasal tip and the appearance of a dorsal hump as a result.

His rhinoplasty consisted of narrowing the region above the tip, but primarily building up the tip in size or projection and significantly rotating the nasal tip.

His frontal view shows the improvement in the line from the brow to the tip with refinement and reduction of the width superior to the tip.  The lateral view shows the marked improvement in nasal appearance with the tip now elevated and projected to restore the balance between the tip and dorsum.
