Full Face Fat Transfer
This patient was unhappy with the tired appearance of her lower eyelids. On examination she was found to have a deep orbital groove with very little puffiness of her lower eyelid fat. In order to correct this deficiency she underwent facial fat transfer to the cheeks and inferior orbital area. The lateral and oblique views best demonstrate the improvement in the contour between the lower eyelid and cheek with a smooth rounded appearance and relief of the step-off between the lower eyelid and cheek. The overall appearance is much more soft and pleasant.
