Endoscopic Browlift, Midface Lift, Lower Facelift, Full Face Chemical Peel
This patient had undergone an upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty by another physician years previously. She was concerned now about the tired appearance of her brow, cheeks, jaw and neckline, as well as overall skin appearance. She elected to undergo an endoscopic brow and midface lift, lower facelift, and full face chemical peel.
Her frontal view demonstrates the overall improvement. However, take special note of the brow height. Also note: In the preoperative photos the lower eyelids look slightly hollow and how in the postoperative view she shows significant improvement by the elevation of the cheek tissue around the eye. The oblique view best demonstrates the marked improvement in the midface with improvement in the cheek folds. The lateral view highlights the youthful appearance of the jaw and neckline.
