Lower Facelift
This patient received a lower facelift by another physician 2 years prior to presenting to our office. She was unhappy with the improvement which was achieved in her neck and desired a revision lower facelift. Her photos demonstrate the continued redundant skin in her neck as well as the scar which is widened and visible below her right earlobe. A revision lower facelift was performed in the sub-muscular plane with repositioning of her previous scars. Her photos demonstrate the improvement and satisfaction which can be obtained with this type of facelift. Additionally, her scars have been repositioned and are now hidden.
