Rhinoplasty
This teenage female presented with breathing obstruction from a deviated nasal septum and also desiring improvement in the narrowness of her nasal tip and reduction of a nasal hump on side view. Her post-operative frontal images show nice refinement with narrowing of the nasal dorsum and tip. The lateral image shows a slight up turning of the nasal tip with excellent improvement in the relationship between the tip and the dorsum with loss of the dorsal hump.
