Rhinoplasty
This patient presented with a history of nasal trauma and had severe breathing obstruction. Her frontal image shows the severe deviation of her nose to the left. Also of note is the natural position of the central upper lip which is also centered to the left from the midline of her forehead, complicating the problem. Her lateral view also demonstrates a dorsal hump. She underwent a septorhinoplasty to improve her nasal airway, correct the nasal deviation and improve her lateral contour. Her photos show the nice improvement in all of these areas.
