Rhinoplasty
This patient desired cosmetic improvement for her nose. Her photos demonstrate how the nose is slightly crooked to the left and that she has a slightly droopy tip and a dorsal hump. She underwent an endonasal (internal incisions) rhinoplasty. Her frontal view shows the nose to be straighter and slightly thinner with nice aesthetic lines.
