Rhinoplasty
This male patient presented with breathing obstruction and a history of nasal trauma. He was found to have a severely deviated nasal septum as well as a severely deviated nasal tip and collapsed cartilage sidewall on the right. His before photos demonstrate this severe twisted appearance with the after photos showing marked improvement in symmetry as well as slight reduction in overall size on the lateral view.
