Endoscopic Browlift, Midface Lift, Lower Facelift, Full Face Chemical Peel, and Lip Augmentation
This patient presented after having an upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty several years ago. She was now unhappy with the appearance of her forehead and brow as well as her neck and jawline. She was also interested in subtle lip enhancement. An endoscopic browlift and midface lift, lower facelift, full face chemical peel and SMAS lip augmentation was performed. A comparison of her pre and post operative frontal views show marked improvement in the aged brow and forehead, as well as the improvement in fine lines around her eyes and mouth. Her lateral and oblique views best show the improvement in the cheek tissue, neck, and jawline. Her close-up view of her lips show the improvement in lip lines and plumpness from her natural tissue, SMAS, implant and resurfacing.
