Facelift, Neck Liposuction, Platysmaplasty, and Chin Augmentation This middle aged female desired improvement in her jawline and neck. On examination her chin position was weak contributing to her jowling and the dependent position of her neck with loss of her neck jaw definition. Therefore, she underwent a facelift, neck liposuction, platysmaplasty (neck muscle tightening), and chin augmentation. Comparison of her pre and post-operative changes are most pronounced on the lateral view. Her chin projection has been improved and there has been a marked improvement in her neck and jawline. The incisions are hidden around the ear and the hairline has been preserved.
