This 44 year old patient desired cosmetic improvement for her upper and lower eyelids. She underwent a endoscopic browlift, upper eyelid blepharoplasty, lower eyelid blepharoplasty and lower eyelid fat transfer.

Her frontal view shows a noticeable but natural improvement to her upper eyelids and brow. Her eyes are brighter in appearance. The lateral and oblique views show the added fullness of the cheek which appears to be lifted. The lower eyelid no longer has a hollow tired appearance and the fuller cheek has reduced the vertical height of the lid yielding a beautiful youthful contour.
