Endoscopic Browlift, Midface Lift, and Upper/Lower Blepharoplasty

This middle aged female had redundant upper eyelid skin for as long as she could remember. It had now gotten so severe that she was having difficulty seeing out of the superior part of her eye. She also desired improvement in the appearance of her lower eyelids and cheeks. She underwent an endoscopic browlift, midface lift, and upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty. The frontal view shows the overall improvement in facial appearance with return of a natural brow height and opening of the eyes. The oblique view highlights the improvement in the lower eyelid cheek contour. The frontal close-up emphasizes the natural and significantly improved upper eyelid appearance.
