This 63 year old patient desired global improvement for her facial aging. She underwent an endoscopic brow/midface lift, upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty, lower face and neck lift and full face chemical peel.

Her frontal view shows the overall improvement in her facial appearance, but best highlights the improvement in the brow height and eyelid appearance. The improvement in her facial wrinkles and skin texture are also demonstrated. The oblique view shows the improvement in the lower eyelid/cheek contours as well as the skin wrinkling. While the lateral view best shows the marked improvement in the jawline and neck.
