Lower Eyelid Blepharoplasty, Facial Fat Transfer, Chin Augmentation and Lower Facelift.

This 60 year old female was concerned with the appearance of the lower 2/3 of her face, including the lower eyelids, cheeks, jawline and neck. She underwent a lower eyelid blepharoplasty, facial fat transfer, chin augmentation and lower facelift.

Her frontal view demonstrates the restoration of the triangular face of youth with full cheeks and width of the face in the cheek area and reduction of the jowls so that the face narrows as one progresses down the face instead of being narrow at the cheeks and wide at the jowls producing a square face. The lower eyelid appearance is also improved by adding volume to the groove under the eye and bringing the cheek up in height. The lower eyelid and cheek improvements are also highlighted on the oblique views.

The lateral view emphasizes the improvement in the chin, neck and jawline. Notice the natural appearance and imperceptible nature of the incisions. The improvement in lower eyelid appearance is once again shown in this view with elevation of the cheek and effacement of the groove under the eye.
