This 60 year old patient desired cosmetic improvement for her aging jawline and neck. She underwent a lower facelift.

Her frontal view demonstrates the overall global improvement in her appearance. Her jawline is cleaner and the neck skin is no longer redundant. Her lateral view shows the remarkable improvement in her neck and jaw line. The incisions are imperceptible and the hairlines have been preserved.
