Lower Facelift

This patient is a 71 year old female with a history of a lower facelift years previously performed by another surgeon. She presents desiring further improvement for her lower face including the neck and jawline.

Her frontal images demonstrate the overall improvement in her appearance, but especially the tired appearance of the mouth and marionette lines. The lateral images demonstrate the marked improvement in the neck and jawline. Note the absence of noticeable scars and preservation of the temporal hairline position. She has a much improved, but natural result.
