Facelift, Skin Cancer Reconstruction This patient is a 61 year old female who presented with a basal cell skin cancer on her left nasal tip and sidewall. She also desired improvement for her jawline and neck and was interested in a lower facelift. The patient stated, “Why not recover from something fun while I have to look bad from the skin cancer. “ She underwent a local flap repair for her nose, after Mohs surgery to excise her cancer, as well as a lower facelift. Her frontal view shows the improvement in the jawline and marionette line area. The lateral view best demonstrates the improvement in the neck as well as the jowling.
