Lower Facelift

This 60 year old female desired improvement in the appearance of her neck and jawline only. She demonstrates a very heavy neck and jowling which is disproportionate to the degree of facial aging she shows elsewhere. She underwent a lower facelift using a deep sub-muscular approach which we feel yields better, longer lasting results. Her frontal and lateral views demonstrate the remarkable, but natural results which can be obtained with this technique. The incisions are barely perceptible on close inspection and hidden around the ear and hairline without distorting the position of the hair or ear.
