Lower Facelift

This patient received a lower facelift by another physician 2 years prior to presenting to our office. She was unhappy with the improvement which was achieved in her neck and desired a revision lower facelift. Her photos demonstrate the continued redundant skin in her neck as well as the scar which is widened and visible below her right earlobe. A revision lower facelift was performed in the sub-muscular plane with repositioning of her previous scars.
