She subsequently decided to undergo a full face fat transfer to restore youthful volume. Her frontal view demonstrates the overall improvement and natural results which have been obtained. The face looks more bright, full and youthful. The lateral view shows the marked improvement in the jawline and neck region as well as the improved lower eyelid contour and skin condition. The oblique view best shows the improvement in the cheek region. Especially note how in the before photo the lower eyelid looks long and tired.
