Lower Facelift, Upper/Lower Eyelid Blepharoplasty, Full Face Fat Transfer, Full Face Chemical Peel, Perioral Dermabrasion

This 65 year old female presented to turn back the aging changes occurring in her face. She underwent a lower facelift, upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty, full face fat transfer, full face chemical peel and because she was significantly concerned about her lip wrinkles perioral dermabrasion.

The frontal view demonstrates the overall improvement in her facial appearance. Note particularly the improvement in her upper lip lines and lower eyelids. The lateral view demonstrates the improvement in the jawline and neck area. Note the lack of visible scars and natural hairline. The oblique view shows the youthful fullness and contour of the cheek and lower eyelids.
