In-office procedures:
There are  a variety of procedures that are performed in the office under local, the appointments generally last 30 to 45 minutes, sutures (if necessary) typically come out in one week.

In-office surgical options:
These procedures are done here in the office under oral sedation.  It is necessary for you to have a companion to drive you and stay with you at home for the first 24 hours after your procedure.

Out-patient surgical procedures:
These procedures are performed at Central Park Surgery Center here in Austin.  Dr. Buckingham works very closely with a number of anesthesiologists from Austin Anesthesiology Group.  He has a regular surgical staff at Central Park Surgery Center who has been working with him for a number of years.
