Meet the staff

Barb is the Patient Care Coordinator at Buckingham Center. She will meet with you during your consultation appointment and be your primary contact throughout your surgical procedure. She is happy to answer any questions you may have or to help you in any way and looks forward to meeting you soon!

Christy Reed is our skilled and experienced Medical Assistant. She has over 10 years of experience as a medical assistant. Christy joined Buckingham Center for Facial Plastic surgery in 2008. In addition to assisting Dr. Buckingham with in-office surgeries, she is available to answer your medical questions both before and after your surgery. She is extraordinarily kind and compassionate and enjoys learning about all techniques and aspects of facial plastic surgery. Christy is here to help you and your family through every step of surgery.

Aesthetic Nurse Injector
Rene’ attended Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Rene’ has worked in various aspects of the nursing field but has found her passion in Facial Plastic Surgery and has been working with Dr. Buckingham since 2006. Rene’ is a provider of Botox, Dysport, Restylane, Perlane, Juvederm, chemical peels and several laser procedures including IPL and the Whisper Erbium laser. She has trained with Dr. Buckingham and has attended numerous aesthetic injectable training courses. Rene’ is dedicated to providing patients an outstanding aesthetic result while being compassionate and caring.

Alli enjoys developing personal relationships with many of our patients. She provides you with important information about your planned procedures and ensures your scheduling and preparation for surgery are completed in a timely and efficient manner. Our patients find her engaging personality and enthusiasm for plastic surgery very comforting.

Laura received her bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Texas at Austin. Laura is a certified operating room nurse who comes to us with 5 years of hospital surgical experience. It was there that she found her love for aesthetics and plastic surgery. Laura will work with you throughout your surgical experience, answering any questions and helping you to feel at ease. Laura’s primary focus is to ensure you have a positive experience with us.

Ivonne is Dr. Buckingham’s front desk receptionist and scheduler. Ivonne is always happy to answer any patient questions and coordinate patient care post-operatively.
