Rhinoplasty, Chin Augmentation, and Neck Liposuction

This patient presented desiring to reduce the size of his nose as well as improve the appearance of his chin and neck. His lateral views best demonstrate the size of the nose which is large, but with a good dorsal to tip aesthetic line. The chin is slightly weak and the neck is ill-defined with the excess fatty tissue. He underwent a cosmetic rhinoplasty, chin augmentation and neck contouring. The after photos demonstrate the reduction in size of the nose as well as improvement in the appearance of the chin and neck.
