Rhinoplasty

This patient had difficulty breathing through her nose and also desired improvement in the appearance of her nose. She wanted her nose to be thinner on frontal view and the lateral view to be smaller and better balanced. Her frontal view shows the improvement obtained in the tip size and nasal contours. The lateral view highlights the improved now straight dorsal line.
