This patient had difficulty breathing from a deviated septum as well as cosmetic concerns regarding the narrow deviated appearance of the nose on frontal view and a hump on lateral view.

Her before photos demonstrate the above concerns.

The after frontal view shows improvement in the dorsal contours with straight lines flowing from the brow to the tip. The tip is symmetric and well defined. The lateral view shows improvement in the dorsal contour with reduction of her dorsal hump. The overall appearance is natural and fitting for this attractive young lady.
